So I just got back to the gym about three weeks ago everything is goinf good and I'm getting back to where I left off.. I recently started to go back to the gym to cut body fat. This is what I'd like to do before bulking. I'm starting to eat ~1700 cal daily and aim to burn 900-1100 calories through intense cardio when I go to the gym.

Is this okay for starters? Any other suggestions? Should I look into protein shakes? Vitamins?
